These beautifully made solid silver ear clips by Ciro of Bond Street (London, founded 1917) are set with a multitude of super-sparkly old-cut pastes and feature gold-plated contrast detail. Supplied in their original cream bakelite fitted case.
• Condition: Excellent vintage condition with little sign of wear.
• Fixing: Nice firm clips suitable for pierced or non-pierced ears, very comfortable to wear.
• Hallmarks/stamps: Both earrings are marked PATENT and SCP ENGLAND - an early mark used by Ciro for their range of high-quality sterling silver costume jewellery.
• Era: c.1950s.
• Size: Approx 2.6cm (just over one inch across).
