HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Free! Whatever you buy or wherever you are in the world, there is no charge for shipping. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Please see special notices below re EU & Northern Ireland and the USA.

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

All UK packages over £150 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next-day signed-for service. Please note, items will not always be shipped or leave the post office on the day they are purchased so it may be a couple of (working) days before they arrive with you. If your order is particularly urgent let me know and I'll always do my best to get it out ASAP!

UK purchases under £150 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

International friends, your items will be sent via a tracked (and usually signed for) service and you will have a tracking number to follow your parcel. However, please read below...

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE PACKAGED?

All items are discreetly shipped in unmarked packaging. Unless your purchase comes with its own vintage/antique box, it will be tissue wrapped in a new presentation box, tied with ribbon and well packaged for its journey. 

EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND

I’m very sad to say I will no longer be able to ship items less than 100 years old to addresses in the EU and Northern Ireland because of the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) which comes into force in December 2024. Like many small businesses, the hugely increased red tape and associated financial implications just make it impossible. I’m hoping this is only temporary and there will be a way forward but for the moment this is where we are :(

Pieces listed as Antique, Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, 19th Century, Austro Hungarian are exempt and I will be able to ship those to the EU and Northern Ireland.

I will not be able to post pieces listed as Vintage, or items less than 100 years old, to the EU and Northern Ireland.

US DELIVERIES

Please advise before paying if your shipping address is in the US - some (though not all) orders may incur additional taxes because of the US tariffs brought in at the end of August 2025. Please contact me to discuss shipments to the US, wherever possible I will try to minimise tariff charges for you.
