Beautiful polished jade cabochons mounted in large gold claw settings with pretty scalloped edges. The stones (untested) are a dark leafy green colour with a slightly translucent quality and when held up to the light show darker green speckles within.

• Fixing: Posts and butterfly scrolls.
• Hallmarks: None found, the earrings test as nine-carat gold. The butterflies are marked 9CT.
• Era: Estimated mid to late 20th century.
