Very pretty paste cluster drops mounted in solid nine-carat gold. The old-cut foiled pastes are fiery and sparkly, backed with a lovely flower design so they look as good from the reverse as from the front.
• Condition: The earrings are in very good vintage condition; there is some green colouring to the foil behind some of the pastes.
• Stamps/hallmarks: Faintly stamped on the back and hallmarked for nine-carat gold on each wire (Birmingham 1962).
• Fixing: Nine-carat gold wires.
• Size: Approximately 2.2cm-2.5cm from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the drops. The dangles are 0.8cm diameter.
• Weight: 1.0g.
