These solid 18-carat gold earrings and ring feature stunning deep royal blue sapphires (6 x 4mm) set in pairs and accented with tiny sparkling white diamonds. When examined under strong magnification it is possible to see the sapphires are all very slightly different shades and have various inclusions below the surface.
